Information issued 14.12.2020 Flu Vaccine – We have received some information for the Flu Vaccination Team.  If your child missed the vaccination and you would still like them to receive it please see the information – I was wondering if you could inform your parents that we are holding catch up clinics on the following days for the Nasal Flu Vaccinations.

If any parent would like to consent to their child receiving the nasal flu vaccine please can you ask them to ring 0333-358-3397 option 4 and we can fill in a consent form and we can add them to the clinic.

DROP OFF & COLLECTION TIMES – Please can you adhere to the times you have been given for dropping off and collecting your children so that we are able to maintain social distancing within the school environment.

FRUIT EYFS & KS1 – Please do not send children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 & Year 2 with a fruit snack.  These children are entitled to free fruit under a government scheme and this is provided daily by school.

FRUIT – Children in Year 3,4,5, and 6 – in view of the restrictions in place due to Covid 19 we request that parents/carers do not send in any fruit snacks for children in these classes.  If your child has packed lunches please include fruit in their lunch packs, if your child has school meals they are able to choose fruit at lunchtime.  Thank you for your support.

BIRTHDAY TREATS FOR CLASSES – Unfortunately, with the restrictions in place due to Covid 19 can we ask that you do not send in or drop off birthday treats for the classes.  We will continue to wish our children a very Happy Birthday and celebrate and sing to them but we are not able to give out sweets or cakes.  Thank you for your understanding.

WATER BOTTLES – Children were given a water bottle at the start of term.  This will be sent home every day for you to sanitise and return the following day.  If these are lost we are unable to provide a replacement but you can send your child in with one from home.  If you do not provide the water bottle, there is a jug in class and disposable cups that they can have daily.

PE TIMES – Black/Grey shorts, jogging bottoms or leggings, plain t-shirt (any colour is acceptable) and school jumper (NO football kits please)
